Basic gist
Military soldier and leader with a long-term grudge against the UEA, and the time to support it.
Physical Description
Adrian Russel looks about 40. He has short black hair and brown eyes. Looks are that of an American. He has a thin build and slightly some muscles. He stands about 6'7". There is a pair of scars on his Right arm, around 2 inches long, one on each side of it. The path between them would pass directly though his bone.
While not wearing his personalised armour, he tend to favour suits and more formal looking clothes. He has been known to have a couple of Hawaiian/tropical print shirts, as well as one floral-print shirt.
Characterization
Normally quite reserved, and willing to listen to everything. He is not one to jump to conclusions, but will come to the best decision. He will normally speak in a calmed tone, even when others may change their tone. Even with this, his orders come out with underlying authority that anyone under his command can sense. The only breaks to this normally calm demeanour are when there is unexpected mention of the UEA Grand Master, Lord Elzarrado.
When working in the field, he takes on a slightly more authoritative personality. His voice develops a tinge of hatred, possible because of the events of 1965.
When making use of the technology he has, he can sometimes act like it is more magical. Examples are when using his dimensional displacement devices, he will move his arms like he is 'calling forth' the portal. He does this more in other lower-technology dimensions, as a way to explain some of the stuff he does.
Resources/Abilities/Powers
-Weapon Skills: Is skilled in using most pistols and automatic weaponry, as well as capable of the operation of heavy weaponry and sniper rifles. Has training for close combat both unarmed and armed (normally with a Combat Knife).
-Areas of Knowledge: Speaks mainly English. He is known to understand (and can try to speak and mangle) some phrases from languages like Russian, Italian, Greek, German, Japanese, Chinese, and a few lesser languages (these phrases are often of military use, like "Halt/Stop/Freeze", "Who Are You?" and "Show Yourself"). Normally, he keeps a translating program operating on his computer system, as to understand those other languages (it can also display a translation for him to say, but that tends to come out more mangled then the phrases he knows himself).
-Dimensional Sensitivity: Can be quite sensitive to dimensional anomalies, as well as some forms of teleporting. He is also sensitive to dimensional technologies being used in the area. This will often result in him having a feeling, or suddenly turning his head towards someone who just teleported (either in or out).
-Technology: Has access to the best technology used by Sigma Sector. This includes his personally designed armour, the DRF(dimensional refraction field) contained within, thin-form computer system mounted into his armoured vest, Mind/Machine Interface for operating that computer, and a PSTS (Personal Storage and Transmission System ) for retrieval of items in the field. He also sports a number of other technological items.

In-game History to Date
After watching a conflict in another dimension for a couple of days, he returned to Megatokyo. With almost perfect skill, he managed to be effected by the return of the people from The Fall of the Dark Goddess, and this somehow propelled him 2 weeks into the future.
