A rampage by Doctor John Markinson in reaction to the pain applied to Yuki by Erika in strip 610. The goal was to emulate the Draegos rampages of old, have fun, be silly, and cause random destruction.
In the end, Charles Foxtrot of Erika Multinational was turned into a sad mermaid-chan by means of Markinson's Onsen rifle, causing her to be sad, and in snow, which brought the battle to a halt.
There was also silliness and overpowered battles with random people both old and new. Also of major note was Jubai wandering around the battle causing havoc in heroic couplets and occasional blank verse.
