Founded by Cobrafire Neverwintre by his ruthless takeover of the WeSaySo Corporation, Cobrafire Enterprises is a corporation that specializes in cannon fodder rental, villain and henchman referral, and damage control. The company has remained neutral during these events, but U.S. Military involvement and Edgewood Defense Technologies' attack on the Clans has had them taking a more active role regarding the events of MegaTokyo.
Though there are offices on every continent, the MegaTokyo branch, located in Roppongi, is considered the main branch due to the fact that it's easier for Cobrafire to get the latest anime, manga, games, and porn this way. There is also a Research and Development department located in Yokohama known as the Yokohama Blade Works, where all weapons and vehicles are built and tested, and Hanshin Industries, the Osaka branch where the Wildcat Tactical Armor System is developed While CE's weapons technology is on par with Erika Multinational, the weapons and technology made there are for the exclusive use of Cobrafire and his employees, thus making him a target for supervillians, government agencies, and the occasional extraterrestrial threat or two.
Currently, CE is run by it's Chief Operations Officer, Horatio S. Down, while assisted by the Beautiful Fighters: Tammi Wytche, Skye Maverick, and Melanie Carter.
