Position: Research and Development at Erika Multinational

Himoto Kitsuko - or Kit, for short - is a half-kitsune. Kitsune are, for lack of a better definition, Japanese fox-spirits that are known for their mischief and connection with fire.

Because of this, Kit has a longer life than most normal humans, tolerant of other metahumans whether they be demon, half-demon, mikage, psion, or whatever, and is impatient or cold towards those she views as just human (which would include Erden Edgewood).

She's also in a good position to research magic and its effects, and originally Kit was a researcher at the United Fangirls of Largo-sama Hospital.

She's also not-quite-a-technomancer. She has magical ability, is exceedingly good with Illusions, fire magic, and can control Light-based powers to a very limited extent (she can produce basic Shields in emergencies). Also she has a tendency of breaking arms of hapless fanboys, if said fanboys are in her way. As de facto head of Erika Multinational, she is a strong faction leader, with a keen sense of business and connections - even if her hiring practices are a bit questionable.

The best description of her is "Like Q, but easier on the eyes.", referring to the Q from James Bond. And she is.

Recent History

Basic

Kit came in at the end of OLSAL, technically, but gained prominence when Charles Fox hired her. When he left Erika Multinational, the position of Head of Research went to her. She helped in the Princess Maker 4 scenarios and resolutions, assisted John Markinson during the zombie rampage, crafted weaponry and various items for Shiri and Vavrek, acts paternal towards the Kimiko Army and of its leader, and occasionally does cool stuff.

Again, like Q but easier on the eyes.

Connections

Lightsider - Long, complicated story here, filled with Angst and Tension. Kit is one of the only people that can manage to kill Lightsider, even though Lightsider is technically immortal. (She wouldn't want to, though.)

Mahou - Kit and Mahou are civil with one another. Kit will only accept favors or tasks from her if there's something in it for herself; this is because Kit knows the dark side of Mahou, and was once possessed by Mitsuya. Kit knows that at times, they're really not so completely different from one another - this bothers her a little.

Mitsuya - as the more ruthless side of Mahou, she had possessed Kit opportunistically; Kit's foxfire could kill Lightsider, the man responsible for the death of Mahou/Mitsuya and her village.

Shiri - Surprisingly, Kit and Shiri get along well, even though Kit was threatened with having everyone she cared about systematically murdered. No hard feelings; these two will trust each other enough to tell what the other should expect, and to know what the other would likely do if they messed up. No one knows just how deep the relationship actually goes, or how sincere they are.

Will Vavrek - Mutual understanding, at least insofar as Will appreciates quality and effort and Kitsuko likes people who appreciates quality. Through a turn of events, Will is also technically a research assistant to Erika Multinational, due to his repaired cybernetic systems.

Skorpion - Apparently both Kit and Skorp enjoy teasing fanboys and utilizing the fans of the factions to their advantage.

Alexander Mackay - pwned by Kit. Well, not really, but more or less the Kimiko Army is treated as a subsidary/protectorate of Erika Multinational, even to the point where Kit supplies them with the old Erika's Errant Knights (EEK) specialized armor. Kit also likes using him as a test subject for various methods of boosting one's magical capacity, and that contributed to a local blackout.

Casey - Casey Hailstein is an employee of Erika Multinational, and due to her bad-luck-field, has all sorts of warning signs by her office door. Casey's also working on KITTEN, a pet AI project of her own that happens to amuse Kit. No word yet how Erika herself thinks, though.

Sareth - Kit used onsen water on him, which triggered the initial transformation into Saeko. But since then, Kit has had more interaction with Saeko. Sareth (and Saeko are both technically research assistants to Erika Multinational, due to Kit's research into the effects of onsen water. Unfortunately for Sareth, Kit views him as a human and thinks he's playing in an arena he doesn't belong in.

Saeko - After causing the initial transformation, Kit's research took a more personal dimension - to try and protect Saeko/Sareth from the military and Nex, and to act as a sort of spin doctor. Unfortunately, Kit thinks she managed to get herself into a magical contract, inadvertently becoming Saeko's protector, and being around Saeko is affecting Kit more than she'll let on. Kit's view of metahumans also affects this; even though Saeko's a magical girl, the interplay between Sareth and Saeko leads her to think that Saeko too, is generally human.

Matthew Evans - Recently become Kit's lawyer on retainer - and thus, working indirectly for Erika Multinational.

Erden Edgewood - technically hired on as an employee as well, which is only fair because Kit basically took every patent that Edgewood Defense Technologies held at the end of the EDT arc anyhow.

Other

Erika Multinational is considered neutral, and more corporate than the other factions. As such, if particular relationships or connections are not stated, just assume that Kit's heard of them and doesn't think particularly well or ill of them. Business is business.

On that note, those IN her business (employees and the like) are considered to be "her people" - which means she'd defend them if need be.

Kitsune and Other Such Views

As noted above, Kit is a not regular human. Technically she's the offspring of a kitsune (fox-spirit) and an immortal - this doesn't affect her appearance so much as her general worldview. The more interesting Kit deems someone else to be, the more likely that she'll care for or about them in her own way, but she doesn't care about mundane matters so much.
