Jiro is a young thief who was caught by Tallic. Tallic then gifted himto Niigata Shiori. Shiori orderd Constance to make him into the magical focus for Hoshi. With Hoshi as a power source, he is somewhat powerful, though without any real skill or experience. His 'spells' are wild and barely controlled.
