Faction Background/ Mission Statement:
We are l33t enforcers, but work in the shadows. We are a new breed of ninja, and any one who wishs to join must be a l33t ninja. Deviousness, and l33t ninja skills are our speciality.Our connections may be against each other, but we keep our involvement in their affairs against each to a minimum. We also support UFL in their efforts as being the "Red Cross of Megatokyo". mTLu is now an elite splinter cell of N1NJ4 as well.

Description:
Once a ninja, but left to go his own way. He still has connections with the ninja as well as several other groups and people. At some point, he was also trained as a samurai.
His main weapon shows this as he wields a no-dachi. Currently the head of mTLu as well as a member of N1NJ4.
Unique powers: somewhat unknown but he can focus internal energy into his no-datchi.
HQ:
The faction has moved within the N1NJ4 dojo complex as their headquarters has been moved there, but still will have the Cave of N3k0 operational. The Cave of N3k0 is a rave warehouse with a state of the art underground paramilitary base locked off from all but the mTLu and now perhaps N1NJ4 as well. Its actual existence is still unknown to most since the rave warehouse looks just like a standard military grade storage complex being changed into one of the more bizarre clubs around.
Current Allegiance:
We are an independent subfaction, but still have connections to Sony, Dom, Junpei, and Miho. It's a long story of why we have such connections, but it goes back to not so ancient times.
