Contributions to TCWiki are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike License. What does that mean? Basically, it means that anybody can copy the work on TCWiki, but if they do they have to give credit and allow others to copy any changes they make.
On Megatokyo's copyright
While the content here is free even for commercial use, copyrights on the setting and any characters appearing in Megatokyo belong to Fred Gallagher, and he has not released his copyrights under Creative Commons. He has allowed fans to produce works based on Megatokyo, but commercial use requires his express permission. Hence, if you want to use the material on this site for commercial purposes, you will need to either make licensing arrangements with him or remove all references to his copyrighted work.
