New Player Guide

NPCs

Are Mana and Keith owned NPCs or can anyone add a page for them? They come up often enough they should have pages, and I'm trying to reduce the number of links that lead nowhere in my pages.

Whether they're owned or not, feel free to create pages for them. If we don't make pages for people, often authors won't bother and they'll get left off the wiki.
