Basic Gist
A monastary where monks study l337ness and refine its application until it is indistinguishable from magic. Much less organized, expansionistic, or militaristic than the FGTL, members of the Temple of Largo instead focus on contemplation and experimentation within their narrowly-defined art. Relations between the Temple of Largo and the FGTL are excellent. The Temple of Largo has no other relations with any other factions at present.
The Temple of Largo holds the Hall of B33r, the place the FGTL sends its recruits for testing to achieve full membership.
History
Founding
When the FGTL was first created, Yvonne came to Andrew and asked why there was no place for the Largoists to find "l33tness". Andrew was confused, since they had training areas, gaming rigs, b33r macines and a VR suite, what more did they need? Yvonne demanded that a place be created seperately from the FGTL where pure l33tness could be channeled. She claimed it could be used like magic, and could even give life. After a deep and lengthy discussion, Andrew granted her funds to buy the local scrap yard and with a few dedicated members, she built the temple.
Andrew was astonished by what they had achived. The FGTL now recognises Yvonne's group as seperate from the FGTL and thus the Temple of Largo was founded.
The Find
As the temple expanded and its membership grew, Yvonne had develpoed her understanding of 'l33tness' so much that she was able to give it form in bunches of inanimate objects. With the help from her followers and copius amounts of l33t b33r that she found a piece of the True Athlon. The monks were amazed at this holy relic and wondered what powers it held. They took it down to the lower basement of tthe temple, and, channeling their energy, attempted to access its secrets. But something went wrong, something went very wrong.
Somehow, they managed to open some kind of portal which sucked Yvonne and the other priests in. Those who came back described having to deal with terrible horrors and fears that they each had, like it was some kind of test. Yvonne belived this happened because some of the members wished to use the True Athlon's powers for 3v1l or misguided means. Thus they were tested and those who failed were destroyed. The True Athlon was placed in a safe so that it would not harm anyone.
Then Andrew demanded that he be given the Athlon to study himself. Yvonne cautiously agreed. After several months, Andrew discovered that the Athlon worked as a quickening agent. The power taht flowed through it could be amplified if used correctly. He combined the Athlon and the c00l th1ng to craete a door to hold back the portal, only able to be altered by using both the c00l th1ng and the Athlon together.
Andrew then decided it would be best if new recruits to the Largoists took the test. The place behind the door was named the Hall of B33r, as opposed to f34r because Yvonne insited fear was too negative. The first batch of recruits to take the test were Westly, Noble, and Ash.

L337 Golems
These are large human-shaped animated collections of automotive junk. They are powered by l337ness, which can be considered for the purposes of inter-operation with people's powers to be a magical animating force. Members of the Temple of Largo use them mainly for defense.
L337 Wyverns
These are dragon-shaped animated collections of automotive junk. They act like dragons, are reasonably intelligent, and can receive commands but cannot speak back. They fly very quickly. Members of the Temple of Largo use them regularly for transportation.
