The circle

The circle are a shadowy orgainisation, much like the patriots in Metal gear solid. They took Marcus DeHeart out of retirement and sent him to Megatokyo to oversee a project they have planed to execute there.

There are also about to realese a creation of one of their failed projects from an old lab in the city: broken doll. Not to be confused with Ping or the EDS system, Broken Doll was meant to be an assaination droid before the plug was pulled on the project due to time and funds. Now, re-programed and re-charged, she has been sent out on a misson of which she is completely unaware untilshe is in a perfect position to execute it...
