Troll Alley

A small neighborhood in MegaTokyo. It's what you can call "the bad part of town". Roving gangs, thugs, crooks, rapists, murderers, and yes even forum trolls call the nieghborhood home. Only two tC characters are known to live there. DietWaterCzar and Billy.

Troll Alley is also home to an entrance to the Instigators' main base, by way of a payphone with a secret combination in the keypad.
