Established by: Meagen. The UFL was a neutral faction initially, founded to take care of fanboys and girls (but most especially cute fanboys) hurt in The Great Fanboy War. Later, as the CoM grew more powerful, there were accusations of decidely anti-Mihoist leaning within the UFL, especially due to Meagen's known liking for violent Yukifan Draegos.
Most members of the UFL are NPC clones for Rei Ayanami from the anime Evangelion who have specialized to pick up characteristics of other anime characters.
